Madona Radi

Director General of International Trade, Department of Canadian Heritage, Canada

Madona Radi is the Director General of International Trade at Canadian Heritage (PCH). Madona joined PCH in May 2021, from Transport Canada, where she was the Executive-Director of Regulatory Frameworks and International Engagement since 2019. She was also previously with Transport Canada from 2009 to 2016 as Director of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) Secretariat & Strategic and Business Direction within Aviation Security. From 2016 to 2019, Madona worked for the Canada Border Services Agency as the Director of the Program and Policy Management Division. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in International Management and Finance from the University of Ottawa.
