Tessa Sproule is the co-founder and CEO of Vubble. She previously worked at the CBC as the Director of Digital Content. She is considered a leading expert on digital media production in North America and is a sought-after speaker on the subject around the world. Ms. Sproule has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur within traditional media. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Ryerson, a certificate in New Media Design from the Canadian Film Centre, and a master’s degree in Communications and Culture from York University.

What challenges were faced in working in a multistakeholder fashion? Where to go next? How to get there? What concrete actions could be taken to implement the guiding principles and by whom? How to keep the guiding principles relevant in the face of the fast-changing digital environment?
